Hyvää huomenta (=Good Morning in Finnish) !

In the morning everything went well even though everyone was a bit sleepy. The day got off to a good start nevertheless and it was time for Activity 1. In Activity 1 we went through our camp´s rules and how they should be followed. The JCs performed some funny, exaggerated situtation. They were situations where something should have been done differently. In delegations, we discussed the situations, what was wrong about them and what we could do to avoid them.

In Activity 2 we made some important decisions that had to do with our everydaylife here at camp. Everyone had a lot to say so we only had time for a couple of topics. We made decisions related to being on time and also concerning our bedrooms. The first two activities were a bit boring but really important.

On the other hand, Activity 3 was far from boring! It was of course the Brazilian Nation Night! There we were offered a lot of different kind of sweets. We watched some videos of Brazil and then we danced a lot! The atmosphere was amazing. The beginning of the day was a bit boring but the day got better by the end.

Hyvää huomenta!!

Aamulla kaikki sujui hyvin, vaikka tunnelma oli hieman uninen. Päivä lähti silti hyvin käyntiin ja oli ensimmäisen aktiviteetin vuoro. Aktiviteetti 1:ssä kävimme läpi leirimme sääntöjä ja miten niitä pitäisi noudattaa. JC:t näyttivät hauskoja, liioiteltuja tilanteita joihin pitäisi puuttua. Delegaatioissa mietimme: Mikä oli tilanteen ongelma ja miten voisimme välttää sen.

Aktiviteetti 2:sessa teimme tärkeitä päätöksiä, jotka koskivat meidän arkeamme täällä leirillä. Kaikilla oli paljon asiaa, joten ehdimme käymään vain pari asiaa läpi. Teimme päätöksiä, jotka liittyivät ajoissa olemiseen ja huoneisiin. Kaksi ensimmäistä aktiviteettia olivat tylsistyttäviä, mutta hyvin tärkeitä.

Kolmas aktiviteetti jäi kauas tylsyydestä. Se oli tietysti Brasilian National Night! Siellä meille tarjottiin paljon erilaisia maukkaita makeisia. Katsoimme muutaman videon Brasiliasta ja tanssimme paljon. Tunnelma oli katossa! Päivän alku oli hieman tylsistyttävä, mutta parani loppua kohden!
